Dr. Ricotta is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia, St. Bonaventure University, and The California School of Professional Psychology. He has been licensed to practice Psychology in the state of New York since 1987. Dr. Ricotta’s experience includes Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program at Baker Hall, United Cerebral Palsy of WNY (currently known as Aspire), and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center as Consulting Clinical Psychologist.
Dr. Ricotta’s practice is limited to the diagnosing and treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Learning Disabilities including Nonverbal Learning Disorder (NLD) and Dyslexia, and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Patients are between the ages of six and twenty-one.
Patients diagnosed with ADHD, NLD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders are offered participation in psycho-educational and social communication skills groups. Parent groups are always run in conjunction with children/adolescent groups.
